I have some more nominations so we can approach our quota in each category. Sadly, if people do not nominate enough saves to get within at least 2 saves of the quota, that category will be dropped.

Is that the bomb quota filled now?

I suggest we add a category for experimental saves such as new pressure detectors, new photon based devices, and in general, just saves that utilize the use of new ways of doing things.

So new ideas? Like say if someone did something on the console, that had not been done before and was kinda cool (Like compressing elements) would it go in that catagory?

That's more of a console section. I'm talking straight up "new" ideas. Like I'm working on an actual fiber optics cable, a select distance laser and a hologram device. None of them will be finished by the time the award ceremony comes around for this year, but that's what gave me the idea for a section like this.

     Thanks a lot!

All quotas are filled except lua and mod threads.

There must be plenty of saves to nominate, I don't think a category without saves is useful.

Example of the best pressure sensor in TPT:

I don't think that is the best. I have made better ones that are fully destroyable, resettable, and have multiple pressure wave detection levels. My prototype is coming out soon for public release, but it won't be in time for this competition. If I had released my pressure detector at the same time as that one, it would probably have even more votes, and my save uses all the same features that were available at that time.

Ok then. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I'll wait and see about your pressure sensors and those votes.

And a pro tip, TPT isn't a contest, it's about having fun, not trying to beat everyone's votes and saves. :)

Meanwhile, does anyone have lua or mod thread suggestions? If not, those two categories will be dropped soon.

Eh pro tip? I'm not exactly a begginer myself. I know a contest when I see one, and there is no comparison between my stuff and that zero contact mine.

And don't hold your collective breath on anything I'm producing. My only computer broke this past week and I'm not getting a new one for months. That's mostly why I said I can't post anything before the end of the competition.
