     Yeah, i think so too. I'm 12 years old right now and i try to help people in TPT but there are too many noobs. But there are people who are moderators and good people who understand follow the rules.

    I think having a layer that you can draw on just with the decoration tool behind the element layer would be great, so you could make hills in the background of a city without having it interfere with people using bombs on it or having very low FPS because of the colored element that does nothing.

    This would also work very good with electronics that require some open space, but don't want to sacrifice having random open spots when deco'ed over.
