Coordinates Determine LIGH TMP

I discovered that the Coordinates of your mouse (Not the Tool Size) determines LIGHnings TMP Number (Naturally). If you click LIGH the go to Coordinate X 300, Y 200, its TMP will always be 53.

    Why is this?

BTW: Why can't Artificial Gravity (GPMP) make LIGH Naturally Home in on its center?
If this was put into the next PT Update, we could actually make LIGH Cannons and other cool LIGH Stuff.

Anyway, tell me what you think about the subject.

Which version are you using?, for me it works how it's supposed to, tmp is random and dependent on size, not coordinates.

Also, the lightning direction is dependent on the gravity setting only, not Newtonian gravity. It could be changed to be affected by both though, maybe one of the official developers could add that in.

Even though my posts say developer, I can't actually put it into the official version. I could put it in my mod if none of the official developers do it first though. They don't seem to take suggestions made in forum posts often, I can't think of any recent suggestions right now that did come from the forums (except the ones that came through my mod).

well that's unfortunate. Just goes to show how "beneficial" public feedback really is then. oh well. If you can put in a good word for it please, by all means, do so.

Public feedback is very beneficial, we read all suggestion threads, they are hardly ever added right away, but many many many ideas that were shot down/ignored before are now in the game. (Wifi, inst, portal, soap, decoration, fighter, elec, fuse, dric, and a lot more)

It just takes time for some ideas to sink in and turn awesome. (or someone outright making it in a mod).

I guess that's why I couldn't think of recent suggestions that got in, it just takes a while. Maybe I wasn't on the forums when those were suggested, but I do remember playing the game when all of those were added.

Also, I'm working on this, I'll finish tomorrow though. It's simple, so a developer can just add it in easily when i'm done for the next version.
