Just use moving sponge... This element will not be added. There are many ways of doing this without a new element.

and yeah, it looks like he is asking for help to make a new element(in a mod)

just copy/paste the appropriate code from pipe that causes it to be all pipey.

Very very long process, but just use pipe, and once the lines form, delete the brick and draw diamond around it. Then use clone in a box with a hole in it at the entry and have the clone clone fire or oil (but you'll need a way to ignite it).
