A save has a week to get frontpage, to get up there, it must have a higher votes and date rate than the one in the bottom right hand corner, in order to get higher up frontpage, you must get votes at a high rate. When you're save has been up there for a long time, it is likely to go off frontpage (unless your save has lots of votes. When it gets to a week's time, then it automatically is removed. Moderators can put saves on the frontpage and remove saves from the frontpage.
