Wouldn't the force simply shift direction? Or maybe since force=(mass/time)*velocity, and velocity is a vector quantity, changing the direction of velocity would change force.
@billion57(View Post) That would be an interesting property to test things with. I was thinking something a little more simple such as its heat effecting its impact velocity and therefore penetration.
@billion57(View Post) If you used velocity to effect penetration, something slow moving wouldn't go very deep, therefore making it a lose-lose scenario if you wanted something to move fast yet have minimal penetration.
