Catelite has bannhammahed me multiple times for things that I do not consider fully ethical use of power. I am hereby making a formal complain and demand justice for this.

In fact, not only is this abuse of power, but also incredibly rude. I have several times suggested she go and take a manners course, and every time, she hasn't.

In fact, after doing some research, I have found a report about use of power, and ethical usage of said power. This is the summary of one of the documents.

In summary, the literature on power reveals how leaders gain and use power in ethical ways within the
context of organization. Leaders who work to increase their personal power, persuasiveness, and expertise
will enhance their effectiveness. If leaders exercise authority over others with sensitivity, avoid dominating
or threatening them, and rely on their expertise and personality to influence them, they can enhance their
effectiveness. Effective leaders do not engage in unethical conduct nor display the characteristics
associated with an abrasive personality, which would cause them to under-utilize the talents of their
employees. Effective leaders increase their personal power by empowering others in the organization.

This, as well as manners, I think is a serious issue in today's society, and so, demand immediate action to be taken against this case of completely defying the fundamental ethical code in which we build our society on today.
