@Plamoid: Plutonium is also a metal, but it is powdery in TPT. I made it powdery so it could be easily used in reactors and dispersed widely in nuclear explosions. It also must be a powder because the refinement process for converting URAN to U235 as laid out in my suggestion post will not work well if U235 is a solid metal.
