Unless your brother lives in another country (ex. Africa) and you live in (ex. America) your service provider will most likely be the same. -

Older than you...INTERNET PROVIDER, the company that provides you your internet. Your telling me your family (family or whatever you call the group of people who tolerate your impatience in the same household as you :P ) pay two different company's for internet service, one for your brother and the other service company for you??? -
