No, you can not be banned for simply having multiple accounts. One only gets banned if one breaks the rules, and abuses multiple accounts (e.g. voting on a save twice).

You will most likely not be banned due to having multiple accounts, just if you misuse those accounts to do violations against the rules. All the normal rules apply to a secondary account, and more so because it can be viewed as a way of avoidance to the rules that were just recently violated on another account, at least that's how it usually ends up. And a quick tip: don't let your siblings play on your account, or even sometimes another account that is connected to your IP address, because they will see bad behavior (if bad behavior is done of course) and try to connect the two via your IP address, therefore making it look like the incriminated account is an alternate one to yours. Not quite the same with your sibling on your account, but you still might (actually always, either a temp ban or a perma ban) get banned for bad behavior.
