@therocketeer(View Post) @code1949(View Post) Not completely true, as you go through sleep you experince different stages, 1, 2, 3 and 4 (because bioligists are lazy?): Stage 1 is very light hlaf asleep kinda state Stage 2 is sleeping, but you're brain is quite active Stage 3 is deep asleep Stage 4 is very deep sleep
You under go all these stages evry night, and usually have 3 or 4 dreams a night, but depending how fast you go from stage 2 through 1 and wake up, means that you (don't) remember the dream. If you head through the stages quickly, you remember your dream, if you wake up slowly, you wont.
