Realism is not a fundamental part for TPT, if you want realism, you're playing the wrong game. Because your argument is based off something that the developers neither want nor need, no feedback is applicable.
@oldmud0(View Post) They can, but they don't want to. Most people prefer more extreme events as they cannot do such a thing in real-life, the elements you listed can be easily obtained in real life but bombs, plutonium, etc are hard to or impossible to obtain in real-life. That's the point. No one would bother with TPT if they could replicate it in real-life.
@oldmud0(View Post) The elements you suggested have nothing to do with science, they are catering ingredients. If you are intrested in that kinda thing, use food toy mod, I believe it's still around.
Like everyone said, this is not The Realistic Toy. CLST/PSTE can be used like corn starch, vinegar is acid, and what uses would we have for sugar? None. I agree, we do need a base to neutralize acid (liquid rubidium as mentioned earlier explodes as if it had touched water) and baking soda would certainly work. An acid/base reaction would produce SLTW and CO2.
