He's talking about the Terraria fullscreen. The less pixels the less blocks there.

I immediately dismissed the textwall when I read "The TPT developers need to know that many TPT users including myself have high-speed CPUs"

Sorry but most people don't use computers with that kind of processing power to play video games. :P

And anyways LETS HAVE A LITTLE THINKING GAME shall we?

The tpt developer essentially work on tpt FOR THE PLAYERS

SO if they're going to change something/update something then they would want to please THE PLAYERS

now as THE PLAYERS arn't a single entity with identical needs/wants/likes/dislikes/etc then they cant please EVERYBODY

SO their MAIN goal would be to please MOST of the players

and as NOT EVEN BLOODY CLOSE TO MOST of the players or potential players have hellishly expensive death-computers they wouldnt in their RIGHT MIND make something that would exclude the MAJORITY of their target audience

    EDIT:
oh and btw, its been proven time and time again that you CAN make fantastic creations on a small screen

so to your claim that you cant make anything on the screen i say this:

ADAPT OR DIE ( metaphorically )

Meh. Mostly the problem is increasing window size decreases speed. And the processing speed required to run the game is already pretty high, and can't just be removed or ignored.

Now, I would settle for a minor screen resoulution change for TPT. Not a 1600x1800 or whatever, but a small, but managable size increase that is do-able for any players computer.

Just wondering, I have an i7-2600k (not bragging) and comparing it to an old dell I used to use, the fps in tpt was night and day. I know tpt dosent use multiple threads but the old dell ran at 3ghz and my i7 runs at 3.8ghz so my question is that does cache size effect speed and does ram affect speed or is it just the 0.8 ghz that made the difference?
