I am always irritated at how people never capitalize the word 'I'.
    Yes, 'I' is a word.
'I' is always capitalized. (At least it is in the English language)

    For example:

"Why did i do that?" incorrect

"Why did I do that?" correct

If you don't believe me, look it up, then go and die in a hole.

Actually, I agree with gajbooks, the use of I vs. i is a simple rule. If one can not follow it, one probably is not very intelligent.

I find this post pretty delightful and deserve more attention from the members of the 'lower' quarter of this community.

And while we're still talking about irritating grammar mistakes, we should probably also review the difference between your and you're.

your is the possessive form of you, as in "This is your book."
you're means "you are", as in "You're not very smart if you think the sentence 'Your not very smart' is grammatically correct."

It somewhat irritates me to see people using your when they really mean you're.

(Anyways...I don't even know why I bothered to post this.)

I shall add "to", "too" and "2" which is rather annoying to read.

Don't forget, "There," "Their," and "They're."

We can't forget spelling in general either. I mean, some people can't spell, and it's not uncommon to have a typo every so often, but it's mostly laziness.

I mean, which is easier to read?

And this is why we should learn proper spelling:

"This is A Airbace on the serface of the Moon. It is very good for exploration of the solar system."

I mean seriously, he was helpless. -.-

"Houston, Tranquillity Bace there. The Eagle has landed".

"Huh, sorry Eagle, we don't need a Tranquillity Bace but a Tranquillity Base. Abort the mission."

    "Roger Houston. Ignition sequence initiated."
