rocket/MORT help

ok i got my rocket, but the MORT is not moving like it is suppose too, iv seen other people make the smoke come out the back,but my mort is just going south, any help will be thanked!
Btw, my command im doing is !set vy mort -1 -

Tips for MORT use:
Don't use it in big clumps. This means they hit each other and turn around.
When going slowly, it may get caught on its own smoke, so try speeds of at least -2.
However, the best tip is:
Copy someone elses, they have no evidence you've done it. ;D
For pasting with 1px accuracy, CTRL+arrow keys -

ah i got it to move, but now, i like goes straight up then up goes over one block its like wtf?

-.- ok listing i got a spng rocket going north and 1 MORT under it for smoke.
They both are set at -2 speed
After like a second motion, the mort goes off course (starts going north east)
I have no idea why its doing this
