    1-SWFs
    - to download SWFs from any website, you need mozilla firefox.
    -go to that website and right click, NOT on the flash player animation
    -then, after you right-clicked, press "Page info", if you dont have right click, go to tools menu
    -go to medias section, next to "general"
    -then look on the list, look for "embedded" or "object"(could also be "item")
    -then press the shiny "save as" button

    click here to download
    objects are scaled correctly

    Nice workaround, I usually used Sothink SWF Catcher.

    Flashgot does this too, and also intercept other streamed media.
