Basically, a photon clone fires a laser through INVS at a solar panel. THe INVS turns the PHOT into NEUT which cannot be turned into SPRK. WHen there is enough pressure/velocity, the INVS will deactivate so that the PHOT turns into SPRK.

You may need something like sand fall detector: if the air flow is too strange, the sand were blow onto the detector wall, thus generate spark
