Commited to your department. If your supperior tells you to do that then you do.

Medium to High Average Score
Medium Activeness.
Will to work! Dont do it because i tell you to, do it because you want to help someones save or what-not.
OPTIONAL:
Active forum user. They usually help with being up-to-date on what our customers want.

To create a group, I think you must go to My Profile -> Groups -
