    Some of the on switches are shared between different segments, so if you turn a certain part on, another part of another number will also turn on at the same time. Also, some of the INST particles in the middle are impossible to reach. I highlighted where they are:

    My suggestion would be to replace the INST with WIFI (If you run out of channels, you can use PRTI/PRTO to increase the max number of channels to 202.) Otherwise, just ask someone who already has a working counter that's about the right size.

    You see these are single digit displays placed next to each other so all yo do if you want to use 1 you Ctrl B and copy from inst on one side to the other so it looks like this

    All you do then is hook em up to a counter.
