    1) to the next version of TPT can add an element that works like PCLN but could control the speed (COOL and HEAT) with which the particles are produced.
    2) And how fast they move.

    i actually like this idea, it would make pretty much ANYTHING with moving parts(that are cloned) have the ability to be run at a specific speed and its not like this is a "cheat" element like weve had suggested before either

    think of using this in a laser, by using several different pixels of this at different speeds you could create a laser with an easily used intensity control

    or a reactor, say you wanted the plut/uran to enter the reacdtor at a certain speed to keep a reaction going in just the right way

    or so many other uses

    i rather like this idea, its not completely necessary, but i think it would have some uses.
