With the current technology we won't go any further then the Mars (manned space travel).
NASA, ESA and FSA are still using technology from 1944. Sure they did some improvements, added computer based flight, etc. But the basics are still the same.
If we don't come up with a new - better - technology then I don't see any of these things coming true. -
