I cant create a youtube account please help

when I click sine in or create account on youtube/google I get this error (also google serch dosent work properly)

The requested URL /accounts/ServiceLogin was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at www.google.com Port 443
I have removed some Trojans that I had on my pc with avg but this did not solve my problem please can someone help.
I have tried ie firefox and opera in the past. -

nope cant use anything to do with google :( and I have already tried clearing my cache :(

In what state is port 443?
Also, make sure that what you type in isn't
https://www.google.com
It should be:
http://www.google.com
I don't think that would be it. It is likely to be something todo with port 443, which can give you these types of messages, if deactivated. -

Youtube is down right know try later.There updating there servers at the moment.Thats the only advice i can give you lol. -
