If you don't want to be banned, have something useful to say about the topic.

That was like saying "Ahh, so the reason for the anti-fighting rule is because we fight???"

We have moderators. You're trying to rely on mechanical means to prevent rule-breaking, which isn't always reliable.

Say for example, a swearing filter is in place, and "Purple" is a rude word.

    A person can type:

    P.u.r.p.l.e
    Purpl3
    Puuurpel
    P u r p l e

    And break the filter.

And get your terms right, don't just assume what is so. Necroposting is posting on a thread that has no longer been posted on for a long time, and Bumping is reviving a thread that is not breaking the rules unless it is for a mature reason or a serious question left unanswered.

You're also looking at it as bans are like "death" and "blackholes". You got banned for a good reason, and banning is basically a simple punishment to let you know you're doing something wrong, and you shouldn't do it again.

We don't need fancy buttons to avoid rule-breaking. Anyone who just can't bother to read the rules is truly asking for a ban.
