We already have 3, 4 and 5, so we do need them.

I, personally, like this idea as it tells other members who they can ask for help and/or advice. Many other forums have such catagories, or equivelant.
You would also want to have an "Average User" or something of the sort, which would be automatic.

Wiki editors would be nice too.
People who check whatever info is posted is actually correct.

IDK about this whole idea, the coding team will probably push down an element that could have been added (remember Merc?) even if it has been suggested and rejected.

That rarely happenes though, the bigger issue is the whole "I'm better than you" and "can I be one too?" thing. I think mods and admins are just enough. But that's just my opinion :)

If this is for more recognition or something, like having a little badge or something next to your name, or a different coloured background, there's no real purpose for it, as it's not the point of the website... Not to mention it's up to Simon to decide, and I can't see why he would make something that would allow any random user with a "rank" that makes them better than everyone else...
