Please regulate those ads so somthing nasty ( like this) wont come up ever ever ever ever again!!! -
Does it mean the Ad/Website is infected?

Google Adwords works by collecting the words on the webpage and linking you to the most common result. It literally Googles the tags.
Whatever you were reading at the time had something to do with the ad. -

That is not possible. Google controls Adwords. If you don't like them, ignore them like the rest of the normal people. v_v -

AD blocker. Get it. Works great. This cannot be controlled as it takes keywords from the page to show the ad.
