Grammar shows that's you care about your writings, that you are mature and educated.

Basicly all real noobs writes with crappy grammar

On Topic:
New Peoples OFTEN use crappy grammar to suggest elements, so experienced users that uses grammar are sometimes annoyed by that, and experienced users often use good grammar ( Not Always )
