Ive noticed in the beta that if you create a piece of gpmp , set its temp with console and turn it on with gpmp while NOT in newtonian gravity and THEN turn it on nothing happens to the gpmp, no gravity no nothing, but when you turn it OFF the gravity comes on , and turning it on turns it off, but if left on and deleted the gravity STAY there , and the lensing effect stays

Can't understand your story. Turning off turns it on or off or on with off and ... ?

I was saying that if turned on by pscn with newt off and then while the gpmp is still on the newt is turned on then gravity isnt generated

but if the pscn is sparked again then the gpmp turns off and grav is generated

and then if you delete the gpmp the gravity "bubble " is still there

EDIT: and as theres been a few betas im not exactly sure which beta this occurs in or if its limited to one or more but i have noticed "lingering gravity" lately where the gravity"bubble" will sometimes even stay if you open a different save

Gravity lagging is only a few frames though.
I understand your story, I *think*. It's confusing and if I think about it for too long it starts to mess my head up...

    I understand you...pretty crazy glitch :P

Gravity map lag is because gravity isn't really calculated alongside everything else. It slows down when calculating large changes, and so sometimes they get stuck between save changes.

    ah that makes sense

and while its not usually THAT big a deal it is annoying having to try and rid a save of an intangible gravity well
