This theory is well accepted among many scientific minds, however it is not your theory, good discussion here though.

The universe is not infinite, it will one day stop to expand. Also, there is no direct correlation between the distance/age of the universe and the likelyhood that a similar planet to ours will have formed. Most scientists with this theroy apply it to universes and not galaxies. We do not know how much space is outside our universe, and what dimensions, if any at all, exsist. It is more probable that a parrallel univerese co-exists with ours, with only minor differences. However, there is no way of knowing, because it is impossible to pass the boundry of this universe.

No. The universe is expanding at the speed of light, maybe even faster. It is impossible to surpass the speed of light. Imagine that everything in the universe is on a rubber band. In the middle of the universe is a peg. The band connects us to the peg. We can keep going for ages (It would take more than a Google earth years to reach the edge of the universe, providing it just stopped where it is right now.) but the band will eventually pull us back to the middle.

It is still impossible, gravity manipulator (i.e.warp drives) only reduce distance.

The object must travel faster than the speed of light. Only a vacuum (nothing) can travel faster than the speed of light.
