    Hi, i'm about to start my own epicly big forum and i need some tips to be a good admin, to choose the good moderators, to lock the threads that needs be locked and all that administration stuff. Please send me some tips, like a "tips to be a good admin" becouse i'm new in forum administration.

    FIRSTLY, observe the players that have the matureness, gutts and responsibility to be a Moderator.

    Is the forum going to be related to TPT, or something else.
    Either way, I suppose this is a great place to ask for advice, given the success of this forum.
    keep the number of moderators to a small number. Maybe similar to TPT moderators.
