is there an realistic Mod?

Hey Guys,
a friend shown me The Powder Toy a few Days ago. First i thought, cool a digital chemistry kit ! You can build atom reactors and all that stuff. But then i noticed its more a pyromanic kit than an chemistry kit. It is geting boring fast and it is absolutly unrealistic. By the way: O2 doesn't burn! I think it would be more interesting if you have every substance from the periodic system of elements at the start and then have to mix them to discover other substances. Of course there are a lot of posibilities, but if you stay at the anorganical chemistry it may be posible. It would be interesting for schools too maybe.
Is there such a Mod already, or is someone planing such a mod?

First off, TPT is not meant to be realistic, just similar. Explosions and fire are only a small part of what you can do, you can make calculators, processors, factories to make different things, or just some visual coolness. It won't ever get a periodic table of elements, this is not for chemistry.
Most people don't understand how awesome the GoL elements are either, no other program has it like we do.
O2 does burn in the right situations. -

Screw reality! Reality is too complex to code as there are many things that we do not know, we cannot code something of infinite complexity that has many rules that have not even been discovered. -

I think TPT being realistic would be awesome, and to be honest I'd rather have it that way, but I, personally, am content with it at the moment. It is good enough without having to be realistic.
