Listen up everyone! Lets test Powder Toy on everything!
Macs, Linux, Windows, DOS, OS/2 Warp.... ok, maybe not.
A few to start with (follow the format):

    HP530:
Intel Core Dual Core 1.6 Ghz/2 Cores
    Intel GMA Graphics
    2GB DDR2 RAM
Fine. Basic creations only. Full screen: 4FPS

Intel Core 2 Quad 2.66Ghz/4 Cores
    Radeon HD5450
    2GB DDR3 RAM
Fast. All features work without lag. Not tested for full screen covering.

    Intel i7 920 / 2.66Ghz / 8 cores (4 virtual)
    Nvidia GTX260
    6GB DDR3 RAM
Fast. All features work without lag. Not tested for full screen covering.

    Intel Core i7-2600K / 3.4GHz / OC to 4.6GHz / 8 cores (4 virtual)
    NVIDIA GTX 560 Overclocked
    8GB DDR3 RAM
Fast. All features work without lag. 20 FPS for full screen covering.

    Intel Atom N270 /1 Core / 1.6Ghz.
    Intel GMA Graphics
    1GB DDR2
Quite Slow. Even basic creations might struggle. 2-3 FPS for full screen covering.

    AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 220.
    Nvidia Geforce (unknown model)
    3GB DDR2 RAM
Quite Fast. All features work without lag. 7-9 FPS for full screen covering.

    AMD Sempron Processor 3000 / 1.8 GHz / 1 core
    ATI Radeon x550
    1536MB RAM
Quite Slow. Around 3-4 FPS for full screen covering.

I might create a wiki page soon. In the meantime, we have to live with this topic.

    Rules:
Cover your screen. Tell your FPS.
    Does it run fast?
    Follow the format.

    current specs

Intel Core i7-2600K (3.4GHz, 8M Cache, 8x Cores) Overclocked to 4.6GHz Per Core CPU
    ASUS P8P67 Pro (B3) P67 LGA 1155 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Motherboard
    NVIDIA GTX 560 Ti Overclocked Edition 1GB 256bit DDR5 DX11 Graphics Card
8GB DDR3 1600MHz High Performance Gaming RAM With Heat Spreader

runs at 20fps with the whole TPT window covered with WATR and un-paused.

A lot more matters than just the CPU. And you have the speed, as well. the number of cores isn't wholly relevant to the speed, since TPT only uses one for most everything.

An interesting discussion topic, but it's not useful for reference, so it would be a waste of a wiki page. :(

OK... I see your machine is fast. Adding...

Whoops Catelite. I'll add more details.
Edit: Now the GPU, RAM and CPU are covered. Only RAM and CPU have more than the name. (Due to the fact that people can Google)

flippee: I'm guessing Intel Atom, 1GB DDR2 and Intel GMA. Adding...
pilojo: What is your GPU exactly?

    AMD Sempron Processor 3000+, MMX, 3DNow, ~ 1.8 GHz
    ATI Radeon x550
    1536MB RAM
Around 3-4 FPS on screen floodfilled with water, pretty average speeds, around 10 FPS on quite complicated saves, around 15-20 on simple ones, let you pick the rating.
