I dunno if any one saw this cuz of the server but it reads (roughly) the temperature in the thermometer, about a whole days worth of work went in to this :P

I wish merc was more accurate, but it appears to be better than deut!

It's a great method, I like it... It's just a shame that MERC can sometimes take a while to expand to reach the desired.... expandiness.

What I would do ( which I might in the future) have little pieces of metal in the side of the tube, and when one gets sparked it light s up a number on the screen. I would then have electricity running through the mercury non-stop, so when the merc rises it sparks the pieces of metal along the side. You probably didn't understand a word I just said.

I got what your saying, but the problem is, then all the metal below the one that is on will also be on, that was one problem i had with this, but i made a system that turned all but the top swch off, but you idea is good, and i thought about it, but you would run into the problem of what i just explained. thanks for you input

Suggestion #1: open it on the top to make the mercure more "sensitive".
Suggestion #2: make the diamond thinner. It helps to better conduct heat.

You, know how poeple say its soo hot out side the thermomiter is bursting, it put that in to be comical :)

Some one must hate me, people always vote my stuff down, I worked too damn hard on stuff to have people be like that :(
