I think, when somebody creates the public save, they can somewhere type the names of the users that can edit it. And when you're looking at the front page or something, it'll show the names of all the users who worked on it. So if multiple people work on one thing, the credit is spread out.

    i agree

Basically, whitelisting. The choice of the many.
Also, from a developer's angle, it would be easy to code, but could be exploitable as it requires posting saves under someone other's name which could be easily edited to make saves like Destroyable City 5 get edited by random people.

@plead-for-destruction The main point of my post is that if you edit the source(if this gets added), you'll get let into modifying any random save. That will cause havoc.

Publishing lock could be server sided.
    EX:
    1. STKM creates save
    presses
    "publish"
    "public"
    2. then a new fillable form appears "whitelist"
STKM writes some sames in it : STK2,STK3
    3. STK2 an STK3 gets a PM :
You can now edit post : ***************
    4. STK2 starts editing
    5. STK2 presses save
    6. server authorizes STK2
    7. Save is updated !
EXTRA: All editors can be removed and thir names appear under save where before was only creators name.

P.S I bump this thread unitil Simon and/or Devs say YES (or NO)

Maybe the person who made it can remove the stuff made b the others with a tool where it deletes only somebody's else work. It is a special eraser but only appears when the thing is turned on.

    X work
