    but then what happens when some1 stamps it on a blank page, re-copy/stamps it and then goes off and saves it?

    The game devs have said no a few dozen times to this. Implementing measures to prevent people from stamping, or in fact any measure against stealing short of acting upon complaints retroactively isn't going to happen.

    It's already been decided, there isn't really a better way around the problem. People who have their stuff stolen should try making reports when they see other people using their own work without permission. If no one cares, then it's not a big deal, seriously.
