    why does pressure "leak" while in solid wall? by that i mean if you pause, make max vac and unpause the vacume drops? why is this. can i stop it from leaking? without pump?

    It can leak if there's a crack:

    W
    C W

    W = Wall
    C = Crack

    Actually there most likely isnt a crack, It seems that the game dosnt let you keep a vacuum, it always trys to bring the pressure back to 0. It might be a flaw but ive tried many times to create an absolute vacuum and it never works.

    It's a deliberate effect (but don't ask me why TPT air physics was made like this, because I don't know...)

    Every frame, pressure goes closer to zero by 0.01% of its current magnitude.

    if i get the source to compile (cross your fingers) can i change this?

    yep, look in Air.c try to interperate how the code works, and find the line that does what jacksonmj said.

    Hint: AIR_PLOSS

    Although for some reason, with that removed, pressure still decreases very slowly. Possibly due to numerical inaccuracies somewhere.

    I know this is a deliberate effect, however I think TPT would greatly benefit from this being changed so that you can maintain more pressure, even if pressure still decreases at a slower rate.

    If you mean removing the limit of 256, it just causes the simulation to become buggy ans unusable. (The whole simulation gets wrecked)

    Hmm... what about raising the limit rather than removing?
