Ok, let me clarify the situation.

I am 15, short( about 170 cm) and not too muscular.

There is this girl I really like and would like to ask her out. But i would like some tips on talking to her, how do I do this? Also in the event that i do try my luck and ask her out how do I do this.

    I do sports :

    Archery and shooting

and I can speak Russian( not sure if this matters but it might help )

    Thanks.

    Only serious answers please.

    Any questions are welcome.

    Its a difficult question...
I always wait for people to come to me, but that may not work for you, depending on culture of the country you are in.
I would try and talk to someone your crush knows, and to eventually find yourself talking.

I go out with a group of friends. Make her feel appreciated and I always crack jokes. They then learn that I am funny, witty and kind. Good combos. Try to keep any crazy for when you are in the relationship.
    Tl;dr:
    A. Go out with her and her friends too
    B. Make her feel good
    C. Make a good impression
    D. Stay sane

    A. Go out with her and her friends too

    Reason:

your friends will help her convince her to get you out together.

Off Topic : im watching Ghost videos at 2 in the morning.

That is a good point. Only problem is that it can run the risk of attracting the wrong person.

Which in turn can be good because they talk about you a lot. Which can attract further attention/

    I'm Australian too :)
Anyway, Try not to talk to much about yourself, unless asked, because it annoys people when they can't talk about them selves and only you.

And as lolzy had implied, humour is your friend.
