Between only those I'd say gravity, as the rest can almost always be likewise manipulated by gravity. Example: Villian throws nuke at me and I deflect it by throwing an aura of negative gravity that implodes and qwells the explosion.

by nuclear forces do you mean the four forces?

I would probably choose nuclear forces out of the choices you provided. However, being able to make objects move using your mind would be my choice. Either that, or extreme strength or the abillity to fly.

if, by the nuclear forces you mean the four forces, i would definately choose them, becauase they do include gravity, and i would be able to tear mater apart, quark and gluon by quark and gluon.
