How I can make own elements?
For example: Titanium or Natrium and Chlor?
Because Iron(Ferrum) is rusting when it interacte with water,
and salt is not decomposeing when it comes to electrolite.
(salt + electricity = Natrium + Chlorum)
Sorry, my english not so good.

You must code for it using coding programs . Unfortunately it is not too easy to create your own element unless you know how to code for them.
There is a tutorial on modding elements and creating new ones on the Wiki and it isn't too hard to follow.

The ones that arn't in TPT that are crossed off are the ones that are in mods, made by other people. These mods are avaliable under the mod section.

Turn off the comments, it's really really cluttery. Making an element usually doesn't make much sense, you have to think like a programmer.
