    There is missing a powder in powdertoy 43.0 .
    If you heat up Yeast at 100 Celsius it change in DYST or something what is that??????????

    It's dead yeast. It's not a missing element, there's several elements that are in the game but don't appear on the menus.

    Most of them are "helper" elements though, elements designed to bridge the gaps in elements' behavior to make them work properly.

    IRON and MORT are hidden in the 43 beta.
