    i know, its NEUT!

    you are given a gas,

it becomes a secret element when rapidly cooled,

it is used to spin the rotors in nuclear power plants,

in its liquid form it can conduct sparks.

    What is it?

    You are given a powder
Colourful, can be solidified from powder when cold.
    What is it?

    Look better next time.

My element is NEUT! It neutralizes GUN, NITR, and C4, but sets off DEUT and PLUT.

Is it clst, because when it reaches absolute zero it solidifies and floats in mid-air.

P.S. i told you it was neut.

also mine was WTRV because most power plants use the heat to boil water and the steam rises through the rotors.
