The account "BMNNation" has been frozen/banned from TPTAPI.com for violating the Terms of Service points I outlined in the thread forewarning the use of automated bots. Your bot has spammed the site with hundreds of requests within a single timeframe that it has caused a slowdown of systems.
The IP address associated with such bot will also be banned from TPTAPI.com and any derivitives of such will be banned too. You may appeal such freeze on the named account directly to me.

Sorry about that. Is there any way to fix this? What is a good timeline for requests? Should it update only once every 10minutes or so?

I'll make sure to rewrite my bot to avoid that before using it again. In the meantime, is it possible to get my bot un-banned?

For the number of requests the bot made, there is no good time. Grabbing a page every millisecond is NOT something that you can just do in some part of the day. I have hundreds of GET requests logged on my server within a 10-20 minute period from your server..
I will thaw the account and unban the IP address this time. However if it occurs again, intentional or unintentional, it will be a permanent freeze.

Thank you! I'll make sure any requests made by my bot are run through a filter to prevent more than one request a minute.
