Seriously? Plastic was mentioned on THIS page. I don't expect someone to read all 50 pages but seriously? You need to atleast read that last 2-3 pages so you know whats been suggested recently.

New idea... just not something that would be useful. Atleast, that's my opinion.

Time Stopper or TSTP would totally paralize any particle that touches it and also would paralize particles that touch paralized particles (chain reaction). Paralized particles would be unaffected by anything else but TSTP has to be there. Could vanish when sparked. Solid, under Special.
PS:not sure if it's possible but it could be used to keep some particles unaffected
