    There isn't a way to implement this unless you had some way to lay a map of the original shape of the electronics or structure underneath the actual mass itself.

     

    ...even then, coding the element to somehow manipulate the particles, considering they'd have to pass through themselves, and how the element would need to be a particle as well, makes this incredibly difficult to imagine.

     

    Anyway, enough of this thread.

    Me4502 actually made this, so I unlocked the thread. You can find the pull request here, and a compiled exe here. No more offtopic stuff though, actually discuss nanobots now.

    I tried it, and the nanobots started to fix the PSCN I made, but after using a bunch of them, it seemed like they were destroying it. I don't think they ever really fixed the SWCH, but that might be because all the BREL was flying away. Maybe they should also get rid of sparks, and fix elements that are currently sparks (if they don't do that already), because once they put everything back, it's still a bunch of infinite spark loops.

    I talked to simon about it and he seemed quite positive of the idea, I am remaking it to have pathfinding and be for tpt++.
