See if you can reproduce it and post a save with the set up before the bug with instructions on how to create it.

As a programmer, I understand bug reports, so far recreating it has come up unsuccessfully.

yes, sadly my reaction wasn't to hit print screen, therefore no image. When it happened I was confused as hell and the resource use of powder toy skyrocketed(I can tell 'cause it lagged and my laptop started to roar), I was just trying to stop the sim at that point.

you would've hit print-screen, killed it and instantly started trying to reproduce it :P

Does look like a one time thing though, I've tried reproducing it but without more specifics I'm not going to able to even come close.

It was pretty brutal lag, so my instinct was to kill it(ever made a program that fucks up and starts eating resources like a fat kid at a buffet?). It was probably a set of very specific conditions.

Yes. My instinct for that was shutting down my comp... I "accedentally" made a program that kept on spamming the cmd things.

bugs must be reliably reproducible to be bugs and not one-off glitchs

Even if it is a set of coincidences that may not be easily reproduced, it is still a problem.
