Kydonia joins the Union, but only under the condition that if attacked, the rest of the Union will help defend Mars. Mars is now the center of the Kydonian Utopia. The Greening of Mars has begun.

The A.H.C. has built the brand new 'sentinel' battle suit. It fully covers the body and the skin-tight exo-skeleton suit is little more than 4 cm thick and only 12 kg in weight. It can deflect up to 50 bullets, hold almost 1 minute against the avarage laser beam. It is equipped with a jet pack on the back, with 2 thrusters running down the sides to keep everything stable, along with touchpads on the palms to control it and a pair of orange visors on the eyes which have an interface giving the wearer basic information about the surroundings and the suit's stats. Via a series of cameras, the wearer also has 360 degrees vision.
The A.H.C. creates the carrier ship. It can carry up to 20 musquito fighters and still hold enough weapons to be classified as a corvette. It holds 2 large cannons, 3 torpedo launchers and 3 gattling guns. Currently we have about 50 of those corvettes.

I know I said 'No trades yet' but can I interest AHC in some 350 GDD-pads in return for 10 3D printers?
RNN also seeks AHC's sanction to construct a railway system from Morocco straight through Algeria, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Oman and all the way across Kazakhstan and China and all the way back. They will only be used for transport.
Meanwhile, separate railways are constructed around the borders for Gustav cannons to patrol.

...What drive? If you are refering to some sort of FTL engine or something, scout ships don't have those.
The armada has arrived. Just in time too, word has reached us that the inhabitants have stolen one of our ships and begun reverse-engineering it. We must NOT allow that. Currently we have 5 large dreadnaughts; 1 mother-ship; 25 battle cruisers; 50 corvettes and 50 frigates.
We swiftly move into the system, with the main goal being Mars, where the ship is kept, then Earth. We take over Pluto in no time and begin taking over Neptune, before taking as well. The armada is ordered to halt, as the main coucil is hopeful of a possible treaty between us and the inhabitants.

The fleet of Tango1s has stopped just outside the orbit of Saturn, for no apparent cause. Kydobian anthropologists believe this to be a sign of nonbelligerence. A small diplomatic vessel, fully automated with no weapons, is sent toward the fleet.

Well... SHUDDUP. Also, only 25%?! Without us you could have never beat that... thing! 40% and we have a deal.

The A.H.C. armada is swiftly mobilizes and stations in what is undoubtably the alien's next target's orbit, Uranus. Some of the derilect ships drifted into the sphere of influence. The A.H. armada overwhelmed them and swiftly damaged them before they even noticed us, but that's where the damage stopped and after a brief battle most of the ships retreated, only one remained. It was soon discovered that all our rockets destroyed its engine and protective systems, and it was desperatly sending distress signals towards the rest of the alien armada. As soon as A.H. forces docked onto it, it just gave up and all its crew retreated using the escape-pods and left the ship empty, all for us. It was pulled via a series of battleships and pulled into Europa's orbit, where it will be studied.
Just hours after the stray ships retreated a message was sent by the aliens: "You fools...". Soon news reach us of the aliens launching all their armada towards us, saying that the supposed 'peace treaty' was only a ruse to let our guards down. Soon they overwhlemed all of our forces situated on Uranus and are getting ever-so-closer towards Saturn. THIS. IS. BAD.
