ok back on topic, i do agree with a harsh ban system for offensive and excessive trollers, racists (etc.), spammers (ha irony), and useless topics (such as happy fire, or I LIKE CHEESE, PUT IT IN THE GAME)

Mur:

Spam - one time = silence; two times=warning; three times = ban;
Trolling - one time = silence; two times=warning; three times = ban;
Racism, sexism, etc. - one time = warning; two times = ban;
Fake accountting, impersonating - Instant ban (this one is already ruling)
Useless topics/repeated topics - one time = silence; two times=warning; three times = ban;

At least like.......12? Or 10? Or I dunno maybe an math problem to solve, that way less young peoples who will just suggest ''MOAR BOMBS'' and spam, not use grammar and annoys us with their crappy 'Creations' posted in the forum. Then maybe a time ban, you get banned for like 1 day, 5 days, 2 weeks. Also there's something that prevent us to make multiple accs from the same email adress, right?

im a bit biased on this since im twelve (but still very logical, avoiding "moar boaammbbas!!!" as a reason for a new element), however it is a very good idea, although it is very easy to lie about your age (im like 15 on facebook). time ban +1, but multiple time bans should result in a permanent ban. the 2 accounts from 1 email is not hard to bypass, just make 2 emails. How about something that prevents from making 2 accounts from the same IP adress, unless you select a function that prevents you from voting (this would be for joint accounts, etc.)

Age limits wouldn't be a good idea. If you have a gaurdian, you can get them to answer it.

Binary... not may parents know binary E.g. what is 247 in binary? ( i would say 11110111)
Lol... I'm not a nerd, im just a normal person that enjoys memorising and learning binary and knows how to program ( not necessarily for the powder toy)
But i would think it would be good if the powder toy could consider an IP adress the same account or something similar to that(even if it's not). This would mean no one from that adress can vote on a creation twice. But then again, as mentioned there will always be ways to evade IP rules, or location. I think temporary bans would be great... For the less serious violations.

X+1= 1 that is relatively simple... you probably know that (I like quadratics and cubics more, as in year 8-10 the teachers squish it in our head, and then in year 11(or as i like to refer to it as year 1011 in binary) they push more into our heads. ( Year 11 is the year I am at now, which in Australia is the second last year of high school... I should be in year ten though, because i am a year younger than most people in year 11(im only fifteen and haven't been fifteen very long)... blah blah blah)
