1) preperations for moving over 2000 people to ceres starting.

AHC colonists have arrived on Europa and burried the first outpost deep within the ice, right above a mini-vulcano. They use said vulcano for heat and all the water from Europa's many burried oceans for sustinance. The ice is a perfect insulator against all the cold outside and we have already set up underground farms and a large defence turret at the top of the outpost for defence. The AHC claims all of Europa and Ganymede and all nations that wish to colonize it must ask the AHC for permission. Currently the Commonwealth expands from Earth, to Ceres, to the Moon, to Europa and Ganymede, having an outer-space population of about 5400 people in the Earth's orbit, on the Moon colonies, Ceres and Europa.

The AHC has studied antimatter enough to create its own working antimatter reactor! Hoooooooray! The AHC has also launched 3 more antimatter collectors in orbit, and A.H.S.S. Paradise and Terra's Pride house a population of about 750 scientists and engineers. The AHC has become a kingdom of intelligence and peace, with nearly no anarchist or separatist groups existing. The space stations have become pretty much large laboratories with huge space-ship garages, probe building facilities, reactors and crew quarters.

The AHC has also begun building large space-ships, time needed to be created is about 9 months. The AHC also has major and ambitious plans for Europa. We hope to somehow pull it out of Jupiter's influence and push it into the Sun's orbit into the Habitable zone.

The AHC has created a nuclear-antimatter-plasma hybrid engine (it's science, don't think about it too hard) that is able to go as fast, if not slightly faster than a musurium engine, however it isn't yet as efficient and needs more fuel and energy than its musurium counter-part.

Domanski-4 has successfully entered orbit. It turns out it is the largest space station yet. Deep in this floating palace is laboratory number 16, in which scientists are using their knowledge to create a possible tiny fragment of degenerate neutron matter; the matter that neutron stars are made of. A piece of it the size of a pinhead would way over a million tons or as much as a house! Therefore, we will be cautious and will only aim to making no more than 3mm. (Don't worry - We'll weaponize it afterwards)

RNN has been working an alliance that will reinforce everybody within it, called the Treaty Of Helmrat, named after Josef Helmrat - a gentleman from the Nalan parliament who greatly helped to facilitate the idea.

A conference will be held at the Nalan Palace of Astana which will last for 3 days, until a conclusion is made. Nations invited include the AHC and its allies (Kamatcha and Kydonia).

Nations who join will obtain the following:

The ability to link to the Domanski-4 Space Station;

Automatic support to and from other nations who joined;

Weapons and technology from the RNN's most powerful arsenals and equipment;

Other advantages will be considered at the conference.

The IL has been the main focus of our ODUs. Their industry and financial centres have been particularly damaged.

How would you be able to create the same stuff neutron stars are made of when we weren't even able to study them? IN THE REAL TIMELINE, NOT TO MENTION THIS ONE.

The AHC wishes to enter the Treaty of Helmrat.

On Ceres, AH colonists have planted a large forest a few miles north of the AH settlement, the city named "Pinacle" and the forest is named "The woods of good hope" as a sign of the AH spirit to successfully expand their culture and country.

On Europa, the settlement, now named "Europa 1" (very creative, I know), has greatly expanded underground via the use of thermal energy powered drills. A huge underground farming system has been built, many water purifing stations were created and a small bio-dome was made, holding the largest outer-space granery and many types of flowers and trees, thus the dome was opened as a museum :P

The AHC plans with the RNN to dock the A.H.S.S. Terra's Pride, the A.H.S.S. Paradise and the Domanski-4 together as a huge, joint-controled space-city. Currently, until the plans are approved by the RNN, on station Paradise a large space-ship garage was created, where plans for the first large-scale space-fighter to be created. It will be nearly 200 meters in length, 80 meters wide and 30 meters tall. Construction will end in around 3 months.

The AHC has created a plasma-antimatter hybrid 9 megaton bomb. Needless to say, it's pretty huge and very expensive to make, so currently the AH arsenal only holds about 3 of them.

As the conference comences, AHC is the first to volunteer and to be accepted. RNN has sanctioned the joining of Domanski-4, AHSS Terra Pride and AHSS Paradise together. Their unition will approximately take 7 months including the time and money needed to send up workers, materials and equipment to weld such colossi together into one.

About the degenerate matter...do not question my logic. Well, to be honest, it will take a couple years pressumabely, using free energy and fusion laser technology to finally reach our goal. It's actually true; there was a guy who managed to manipulate gravity using free energy. So I don't see what's so farcical in the idea that the RNN, a highly advanced and magnificent nation, would be able to make a lump of DNM.

NSP (Nalan Space Program) has launched the first probe to Titan - NSP Titan-1. It will be remotely controlled and manuvered before actual crew and people can be sent to colonise it.

The Bowser Empire, which has been studying antimatter in thunderclouds is now setting up it's first experimental antimatter farm! Let's hope it doesn't go horribly wrong...

The R.L.'s battleship, Higher, recieved a strange radio communication from seemingly nowhere. After a lot of pinpointing, they found out it was coming from deep space. All the communication said was "Testing..."

A few days later, R.L. lost contact with Higher. Is is unknown where the battleship went.
