Kydonia requests to join the coalition.
It is complete... The first orbital city. Condors have been ferrying supplies, materials and workers up to it for the last few years, and the primary section of this new city is complete. Named Zeus Orbital, it contains at its center one of the most destructive weapons ever created. A 5-klick wide CPB Lance, aptly named the "Zeus Cannon" can glass any area of the world. Kydonia, hoping to gain the approval if this new coalition, lances the supposed capital of the IL. All troops are vaporized up to a depth of 13 kilometers. There are no survivors.
The Kydonian Republic, seeing how much this world is turning to waste, begins modifying the Mainland to be able to launch into orbit. Since the city was built in consecutive rings going outward from the original platform, each segment is attached to 25-100 booster rockets. The Mainland is leaving, but the now self-sufficient floating cities are going to stay.

The Bowser Empire's traction city can float and propel itself in water, has missiles and defences of every kind, can fly thanks to it's rocket boosters (Although it can only do so for a short peroid of time), can seperate and re-combine it's parts, has multiple engines and reactors, it is self-substaining and has drills to mine for oil/resources. It also has cool robotic arms and many labatories, including a particle accelerator, launch pad and all kinds of random stuff

The remaining soldiers of the I.L. become bandits and pirates, but other than that I.L. is pretty much eradicated. For now.
R.L. now starts rebuilding.
A new communication satellite is built, but R.L. does not have the tech to launch it yet.

The R.L. accepts the blueprints and sends a communication satellite to space, in geostationary orbit.
Right now a few new side projects~instant MRE's, a new alloy, and a SECRET PROJECT is under developement.

LOL JK, the project was put into making an extremely powerful, efficient, yet compact engine. So far about 10 variants of the engines were made, for buildings or vehicles.
And for another side secret project they made alcohol that doesn't get people drunk.
BUT it still has all the other nasty effects of alcohol.

The Mainland, and now Zeus Orbital are now both in high orbit around the equator of the earth. Both of these cities are entirely selfsufficient, and the Mainland is being reconstructed so as to use centrifugal force as artificial gravity. Once this is complete, the 90 mile wide Sky City will leave the orbit of the earth and head for... Jupiter!!! Kydonia is willing to take passengers, and would love to be able to receive some blueprints of a drive that will make this trip last only months instead of years. Using QEDs, Kydonia will remain in contact with Zeus Orbital, now being renamed to Olympus, and the other surface bound cities. Right now, the Mainland resembles a frisbee. All the structures are on the inside, facing outward toward the edge from the inner command center.
Olympus continues to lance enemy positions.
A third and final Orbital City is in the process of being created.
