Ceres reached, settlement successfully built. The settlers discover that ceres has resonalbly strong atmosphere, with oxygen and carbon. Two villages are built, with soil placed around them. One in RL and the other Kamchatkan.

The R.L. considers joining the Anti-WMD, however they were pulled into a civil war. Apperantly a group of idiots that support the use of weapons of mass destruction obtained enough firepower to fight the R.L. They call themselves the Independent Land, or the I.L. Right now the R.L. is trying to deal with this threat locally, but things are starting to get out of hand.
