Anyway since you're so picky, the nuke hasn't been activated, and neither has its thrusters, and it's lying on the ground, so it doesn't do anything.

As you said Sir! But the nuke isn't made of fissile plutonium so the nuke explodes as it was a normal explosive, and as I was away from it i just felt the shock wave.

The next user dies from radiation and he is normal, without suit or whatever, and the radiation is lethal blablabla.
